In 2011, I graduated from the Holland College Golf management Program, and in 2021 I became a member of the Canadian Golf Teachers Federation. I am in my 7th year offering my services as a golf instructor at Eagle Crest Golf Course.
We're in this together!
Throughout my teaching career I've heard so many of my students say they have taken the odd golf lesson only to become frustrated and discouraged by their progress. There will always be aspects of our game that could improve. My strategy is to focus on what IS working, as opposed to what isn’t. You could spend your whole life searching for that “perfect swing”, but it simply doesn’t exist. My approach is to identify areas that can be improved on with simple methods, simple strategies, and understandable concepts.
Tools and Methods I use:
Swing Caddie Voice2 Launch Monitor
A digital swing monitor and radar. It gives empirical data and instant feedback on metrics of the golf swing.
This is one of my most used methods. What we think we're doing, and what's really going on aren't always the same. Let me slow it down and we'll look together.
The most common method. Many of us make a lot of the same mistakes. Sometimes the little things can make a big difference. Let me show you the proper grip, stance, and setup.
